Worship Booking Form

• Please use this form to list all members who will be attending service.
• There are currently 2 service options available as we are unable to have all members together at this time.
• We encourage members to use the booking form as it will stream line the process entering the church, especially if it is raining, but understand not all have access to the internet.
• If possible book by 7:30pm Saturday evening, to facilitate the printing of the lists before Sunday morning. After this time, the following Sunday will display and you will be unable to book for the 'current' Sunday,  but still come along on the morning and you will be added to the list.
