Today we are blessed to have guest preacher Pastor Richard Fox who is the Director of Lutheran Media.  He chose Acts 9:1-20 to preach on out of the assigned texts for this the 3rd Sunday of Easter. He writes: “I thought I would focus on how God converted someone we would least expect, someone like Paul, and what hope that gives us, the people we would like to see believe in Jesus Christ and how Messages of Hope reaches out into a hostile world at times.” It gets us thinking about how God’s gift of grace is not about what we do.  It’s about who God has chosen and that he is the one who does the work.  We thank God for giving us Pastor Richard, and pray and support the work he does in bringing the Gospel beyond our usual reach.
